Terms of Use

What this site is

The site publishes opinions and observations about an online casino for adult readers. Our notes come from the public pages of the operator, such as the promotions page, the sign-up and login forms, the games lobby and the Help Centre, plus our own judgement.

We are not a gambling operator. We do not accept deposits, hold funds, run games or pay out winnings. Any agreement about play is between you and the casino.

Age and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this site and to gamble anywhere. You are responsible for checking that online gambling is lawful where you live. Rules for online casinos differ between regions, and some are restricted entirely.

If you are under the legal age or in a restricted area, please do not follow our links to any gambling site.

Accuracy of information

We check what we publish, but casinos change bonuses, limits, game lists and payment options without notice. A figure that was correct on the day we looked may be different on the day you read it.

Where the operator does not publish a detail, we say so instead of guessing. Always read the casino's current terms before you register or deposit, and treat our pages as a starting point rather than the final word.

Affiliate disclosure

Some links on this site are affiliate links. If you register through one, we may be paid. This does not add any cost for you and does not change the content of our reviews, but you should know it exists when you weigh up what we write.

Responsible play

Gambling is a paid form of entertainment, not a way to earn money. Only play with money you can afford to lose, set deposit limits before your first session and take breaks. If gambling is causing harm, contact a free support service in your country.

Reading a review is not a reason to deposit, and a high score from us is not a promise of winnings.

Third-party links

Our pages link to the casino and sometimes to outside resources such as support organisations. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for what they publish or how they treat your data. Following a link is your own decision.

Limits of liability

We provide this site as it is. We are not responsible for losses that come from relying on it, from a casino's actions or from the content of third-party websites. Nothing in these terms limits any right you hold under Australian consumer law that cannot legally be limited.

We may change or remove content, and we may update these terms at any time. The version on this page is the one that applies when you read it.
